Milagros Coffee Sign

This sign was just as fun to make as it is to look at. This sign project started off with the restoration of the historic building. The owner wanted the sign to be period for the era of the building as well as “iconic” for visitors who came from out of town.

The design started out with a vision of having a tall “vintage”vertical sign with a coffee pot at the top pouring coffee down into a coffee cup sitting at the bottom of the sign.

The sign is welded steel along with the coffee pot. The mounting bracket is separate and the sign slides onto the bracket for easy installation. The pour is a double-sided “channel letter” style construction.

The cup is formed from carved foam and fiberglass then topped off with a gel coat. (we outsourced this with a carnival ride vendor).

The lighting is LED with custom made/bent tubing and the “pour” is animated LED lighting.

Hand-lettered in 1-shot & Mathews enamel paint.
